The current site

Brown Girl Book Club is a static reading resource. It has no member accounts, signup forms, newsletter, comments, checkout or public submissions. We don't collect a waitlist through this site.

Hosting

Hostinger serves these pages and processes technical request information such as IP addresses, requested URLs and browser information to deliver and protect the website. Retention and infrastructure processing depend on the hosting service. We don't promise that browsing produces no server logs.

Analytics and cookies

No visitor analytics script, advertising pixel or tracking cookie is installed in this release. Fonts use your device's system fonts. If visitor analytics is added, this notice will be revised to describe the actual configuration.

Links to books and other websites

The current links are ordinary publisher and reading-resource links, not active affiliate links. Following a link takes you to a separate website with its own privacy practices. We don't control that website's cookies or collection. Future affiliate links will be labeled and described before use.

Messages and requests

If you email us, the receiving email service processes the message and address. We use that information to handle your request, not to add you to a newsletter. Please avoid including sensitive personal details that aren't needed to explain your question. The general-contact mailbox is still being configured.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information is held about you, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern at privacy@pinkty.com. Applicable rights and response requirements depend on your location and the request. We may need proportionate verification before releasing information or taking action. You can also contact the relevant data protection authority where applicable.

Children and tracking preferences

This resource is intended for adults. It doesn't offer a child signup service. We don't run cross-site behavioral advertising or build advertising profiles, whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
